Themis’ Urban Residence has two large bedrooms featuring comfortable king-size beds with special anatomical mattresses for perfect sleep. Special triple-glazed windows eliminate any street noise, ensuring a quiet, undisturbed sleep and your safety.

The first bedroom has a bathroom with a bathtub and a Walk-in closet. Inside the Walk-in closet you will find a large illuminated mirror and a special piece of furniture with a sink where you can do your make-up and personal care undisturbed!

The second bedroom has a wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower.

Each guest will find a bathrobe and a variety of towels in different sizes for face, body, and hands, as well as beach towels. Additionally, there are special black towels for makeup removal.

The house is decorated in carefully chosen tones to create calm and tranquility. On the walls, you will see paintings made especially for the house and the space. The artworks were created by the artist, writer, and holistic therapy practitioner Melina Zografou. Thus, the paintings always have a therapeutic and enlightening character!

Lighting throughout the house is adjustable with dimmers.

Air conditioning in all rooms ensures a wonderful cool and clean atmosphere inside the house.

The kitchen is spacious, comfortable, and bright. It is a wonderful space equipped with the best appliances for cooking. It has gas hobs for cooking and a single ceramic cooktop for those who prefer it, pots, pans, a cast iron griddle for grilling meats, small appliances for smoothies and chopping vegetables, an air fryer, coffee machines for all types of coffee, and much more.
You will find everything necessary to prepare your first meal upon arrival. In the kitchen, you will also find all kinds of herbs for cooking, and some basic products like honey, milk, butter, bread, cold cuts, cheese, and juices. Bottled water is provided for the first day of your arrival. The tap water is filtered for solids, chlorine, and pesticides through a filter located at the house’s main water supply.

The kitchen also has a large dishwasher, washing machine, and clothes dryer, all of the latest technology.

From the kitchen, you have access to a smaller courtyard at the back of the house. There is a portable charcoal grill with all necessary BBQ tools.

The house is ground level and located on a corner. Around the house, there is a large courtyard with plants. Here you can enjoy your breakfast and meals in the comfortablepatio set.

If you wish to rent a car to explore the island, the house has private parking for a medium-sized car with an automatic sliding gate.

You can also request a cleaning service for an extra charge of €50 per time.
